About Our In-Room Service and Facilities
Room Service
Room service is available from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily. Simply place your order with our staff at the restaurant. The room service charge is a nominal 5% of the total meal charge.
Laundry Service
Need to freshen up your clothing? Feel free to utilize our laundry service. You will notice a plastic bag in the storage room for your laundry. Pickup is at 9:30 a.m. and will be returned by 4 p.m. For urgent laundry needs, a nominal fee is applied. Cost: SAT$50 per load.
Housekeeping Service
We provide daily maid service. Towels are replaced daily and fresh linens are provided every other day.
Tea and Coffee Making Facilities
Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee that is refreshed daily.
General Store
There is a general store located conveniently one kilometer from our resort. You will find a bevy of toiletries, snacks, tinned food, liquor and frozen food. Our friendly staff will be glad to assist you if you require transportation to the store.
